Inspired by Japanese rock, post-rock, and improvisation, the band creates music without vocals—letting melodies speak in place of words. Their songs are highly cinematic, built on emotional themes and dynamic arrangements that naturally paint images in the listener’s mind. Even without lyrics, each track feels like it’s telling a story. On stage, Major in Body Bear is known for their intense and powerful live performances. The energy builds, expands, and erupts, creating an immersive experience that hits both emotionally and physically. At the heart of the band’s work is the “Topic” Series—an ongoing collection of releases where each album explores a specific emotion or concept. Every release is paired with a strong visual narrative, reinforcing the band’s focus on storytelling through sound and imagery. Over the years, Major in Body Bear has gained recognition within Taiwan’s independent music scene and has performed internationally in Japan, Hong Kong, and Thailand, steadily growing their presence across Asia.
