简介：Lauren L’aimant is a London based singer, songwriter & producer, who's interest in music started from an early age, due to her Mum’s love of Motown & Disco records. Lauren would sing along to Aretha Franklin, The Bee Gees and Mariah Carey albums, imitating the wide range of vocal styles. She began having piano lessons at primary school and it wasn’t long before Lauren began to combine her singing and playing. Lauren wrote her first song at the age of 12 years old and she hasn’t stopped writing since! Having learnt to produce music whilst at University in Chester, Lauren now had all the necessary tools to write and produce her own songs.\n\nLate 2016 saw Lauren record with Icarus on their track ‘Hiding’ which went on to be named ‘Essential New Tune’ by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. This has led to Lauren signing to Icarus’s imprint, ‘Fly Boy Records’ and she’s now working on an EP set for release later this year.\n\n"I’ve featured on some great songs and worked with some really talented acts in the past but now I feel it’s time to showcase my own sound. I want to tell my stories of love, heartbreak, and growing up, with each song on there."\n\nLauren has recently released her stunning single 'Family' which has seen an overwhelming response online and has resulted in features, interviews and photoshoots for a range of respected music & fashion blogs.
