Across nine tracks, the album traces an inner voyage inspired by the hero’s journey — a transformation shaped by adulthood, anxiety, dreams, and reconciliation with life itself. Rooted in his hometown of Pasto and the echoes of the Carnaval de Blancos y Negros, the record weaves landscapes where the tiple, sicuris, and charango converse with synthesizers, samples, and field recordings. Within its universe, the sounds of the Andes intertwine with contemporary electronic textures, drawing on influences such as Inti Illimani, Nicola Cruz, Radiohead, and Moderat. Each song represents a threshold — an emotional and symbolic passage toward a new stage. Along the way, Luna is joined by friends and collaborators including Gabriela Ponce, Andrés Guerrero, Mariana Manchego, Camilo Portilla, Jose Leguízamo, Santiago Navas, and Johanna Amaya. The visual artwork, created by Sergio Moreno, draws inspiration from guanga weavings and traditional floor tiles, extending to the visual realm that same search for identity between the ancestral and the contemporary.
