She was considered one of the last great divas of German film: the actress and singer Margot Hielscher! After her first major film role in Willi Forst's film "Women are not angels" (1943), she played numerous major film roles in the post-war period. In addition, she completed countless stage performances, radio and TV shows with her husband, composer and bandleader Friedrich Meyer. Margot Hielscher's career lasted more than six decades, an acting and singing multi-talent, as it is rarely found nowadays. An unforgettable star, an icon of German cinema! 26 Tracks, beautifully remastered in 24 Bit HD. Enjoy and keep the memory alive.
