SDB - Space Dream Believer - Days spent deep in creation.
There`s no grand meaning behind it.
Just a need
a reason to stay alive. Still chasing dreams,
believing in a star only we can see,
fumbling through the dark to reach something real. We`re not kids anymore,
but we`re not quite adults either.
We put our lives on the line
to face beauty and love head-on,
still searching for a Venus we've never seen. What makes it special Slay4`s beats ride on wide-open 808s and the art of subtraction.
A balance of grandeur and stillness unfolds in every sound.
It`s smooth on the ears
pulling you in without warning. Then comes Hoodboy TAMARI`s voice.
The way he clings to the beat
melting into the track, becoming part of the sound
pulls you into a deeper sonic world. That closeness between sound and voice
that intimac is the heart of this project. For moments like these When you`re feeling low.
When you`re unsure if you`re on the right path.
When you want something big, but not too loud.
When you need that spark to create again.
