Bring music to live…. It’s often said that today’s music, isn’t what it used to be in the ‘old days’. Gold Water is trying to change that! Gold Water is a new energetic band from Volendam (Holland). The band-members are: Frank Schilder (leadvocal) Sonny Kwakman (guitar, backing vocal) Kerim Kes (guitar, backing vocal) Koen de Boer (keys, backing vocal) Thoom Veerman (bass, backing vocal) Gerard Schilder (drums) The band-members of Gold Water already played in different bands in the past, with performances on the ‘3e klaphek’ festival (a local festival), the pop and cultural center (PX) and small places in- and outside Volendam. Besides that, a few of the band-members also released their own demo’s in the past, which were rated positively. Gold Water mainly plays rock music, from soft rock (Pink Floyd) to hard rock/ alternative music (Pearl Jam). At performances, Gold Water distinguishes itself with their heavy sound and the use of several different vocals. Except playing covers, the band has now released it's first EP (We Wanna Do It). Music never dies.
