MJ13 is the artist name of an English guy by the name of Clancy Hood, and were for a short while 3 guys for a bunch of live gigs in the mid-late 2010s. High Fraud was recorded on a powermac 8600/200 using pro tools free. It is entirely Clancy, but features Adrian Lee on drums on "Tenting".
