This is Pheonyx's first release under Water Bear. Abyss goes into the deepest and darkest corners of techno. With its lone bass signaling the way, something sinister hides in the 'abyss'. Pheonyx's use of creative key changes and minor progressive chords adds an atmosphere and presence that only this type of medium could achieve, and he excels at this flawlessly.
