As we’ve seen before, SOHN is a master at conjuring moods. Whether with his Tremors LP or alongside Disclosure, Banks, and Angel Haze, the Vienna-based producer can deftly maneuver between deep sadness, introspection, and outright mystery. SOHN further proves his range with “The Chase”, his latest single. The track wallows in the same murky shadows, awash in forbidding synths and the urgent pitter-patter of percussion. It’s a striking number about the torturous game of love and how we all willingly play along.
