Joss Tellier and his Basement Buddies return with a more introspective, yet groovy record. Warmth + time = yeah. New contributors, both Montreal-Based, are featured: upright-bass legend Martin W. Roy and Carl Bastien on keyboard. The music is more focused than usual, more focused on melody. Improvisation is still at the core of the proceedings; but the tune comes first. The titles are invented "verbs"; don't look for too much hidden meanings here: it is not occult, just fun words to pronounce. Try it FAST !
