Tsubasa is a song about learning to face my disability and choosing to move forward with hope. There was a time when I struggled to accept the way I was born, felt unhappy about my life, and even blamed my family. But through living with a disability, I have also met many important people, discovered new perspectives, and gained experiences that have shaped who I am today. One of the biggest influences in my life was my childhood friend, who encouraged me to step outside, experience the wider world, and discover that life could still be full of joy and possibility.
