Afterglow is Wang Mei-Lian's second original single following Summer Wave, continuing her musical journey into a new chapter.

While Summer Wave captures the freedom and warmth of summer by the sea, Afterglow carries that feeling into the fading light of sunset, reminding us that some moments continue to shine long after the season has changed.

Blending an indie pop-rock sound with an energetic pulse, spacious production, and expressive vocal arrangements, the song features layered harmonies that weave naturally through the arrangement as melodic elements of their own, creating movement, depth, and a distinctive sonic identity.

Rather than holding on to the past, Afterglow is about carrying the light that has shaped us as we continue moving forward.
