Over the past decade, music has transitioned into a new age where the message has become more direct and sometimes vulgar. What I treasure most about the songs from the 60s-90s is the melodic innuendo infused with clean lyrics... all with a similar message; to love. "The Golden Age" aims to resurrect the soul of the past while incorporating the rhythms of the present. This is not an attempt to bring back "the good old days"; its a call to transform music moving into the future. This EP touches on various subjects such as honoring the working woman (How You Do It), playful flirting (Hotness), the working professional's dating dilemma (11), and an anthem for universal love (Flash Mob). All of the songs are clean, smooth, and fused with three and sometimes four part harmonies. Whether you are cleaning the house or cruising around on a Friday night, "The Golden Age" can be played anywhere at any time.
