"DTN -Desktop Nagasaki-" is LVSC's love letter to Nagasaki. It is also a private prayer to the land that holds the composer's father's hometown and their great-grandmother's birthplace, Shimabara. This six-track release brings together the original song "Motte koi!!", born from the heat of Nagasaki Kunchi and the Lantern Festival, with techno/EDM reconstructions of traditional folk songs such as "Nagasaki Burabura-bushi," "Nagasaki Nonnoko-bushi," and "Shimabara no Komoriuta" (Shimabara Lullaby). The lantern lights the artist has walked under year after year, and the dragon dances that have captivated them since childhood, breathe beneath every beat and melody across the record, especially in "Motte koi!!". On the interlude and the piano instrumental "Lost in the Shore,"the main motif from " Motte koi!!" slowly resurfaces in altered form, bringing memories back like a returning tide. From a small desktop, these tracks send Nagasaki's nightscape and harbor wind out into the world- this is the first chapter of LVSC's "Nagasaki folk songs × electronica "project, created under the motto: "For the sleeping, precious sounds of home."
