Danny Infantino and Stephen Smith are songwriters with two CD albums of original songs and spoken word - "Child Of the Times" and "Say the Word, Sing the Song." They are winners of the Kerrville New Folk songwriting contest (Kerrville Texas) and each hold the Sam Ragan Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Fine Arts Of North Carolina. They have now released a single called "The Hippos Of Botswana," a fun song about the dancing hippos of Botswana. Review: These guys will have you laughing your head off in one piece and rip your heart out with the next. Repeatedly. Just when you think you’ve recovered from the 1-2 combo of “Bomb Dream,” a fantasy of adolescent love, and “Starting Over,” a haunting piece with a you can’t go home again theme, they do it again with “Senior Talent Night” and "Sherry”." - David Carpenter, from PineStraw Magazine.
